Damascus Blade Detail:

The blade is hand forged from layered Damascus steel through repeated forging, welding, hammering, and finishing. Its 275-layer construction creates the distinctive flowing pattern associated with Damascus steel, giving every knife its own individual appearance.

Because the pattern develops naturally during the forging and finishing process, no two blades are exactly alike. Each knife carries its own unique visual character and handcrafted detail.

The blade is heat treated to approximately HRC 58–60 hardness, providing a dependable balance of strength, sharpness, durability, and edge retention for hunting and outdoor use.

Scales & Handle Detail:

The handle is crafted from pakkawood, offering the appearance of natural wood with excellent stability and durability.

It is carefully shaped and finished to provide a comfortable, secure grip while complementing the substantial Bowie-style blade. The hand-filed brass guard and pommel add a traditional finishing detail and enhance the knife's distinctive handcrafted appearance.
