Damascus Steel and Blade Detail

The blade is carefully handcrafted by combining 1095 & VG10 steel through a process of layering, forge welding, hammering, and shaping. This process creates a distinctive Damascus pattern across every blade, giving each Tomahawk folding knife its own individual handcrafted appearance.

The blade is oil quenched at approximately 2100°F and rapidly cooled, with the process repeated twice to develop hardness throughout the steel. The finished blade achieves approximately HRC 62–65 on the Rockwell Scale for dependable strength, durability, edge retention, and cutting performance.

Scales & Handle

The handle is crafted with genuine exotic olive burl wood scales, selected for their distinctive grain, natural figuring, and individual character. The wood is carefully sealed and finished to help protect against cracking, drying, and normal environmental exposure.

The Tomahawk uses an under-lock folding mechanism designed to secure the blade during use while maintaining a practical folding pocket knife configuration.
